Andrea Cimino

Andrea Cimino is currently a Ph.D. student, funded through the ERC at the Husserl Archives, Ku Leuven. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the University of Parma (Italy).  His research mainly focuses on Edmund Husserl’s war-philosophy and the cultural climate and German philosophical background informing Husserl’s phenomenological reflections on war. His field of research also includes modern and contemporary theories in Metaphysics and Epistemology with a strong emphasis on Husserl’s account of perception.
