Luciano Floridi

pp. 17-49

The article analyses the meta-epistemological problem of the justification of a theory of knowledge. The first section is dedicated to the morphological reconstruction of the problem, the second presents a diagnosis of the problem in terms of a metatheoretical and logically non-contradictorypetitio principii and the third delineates the limits within which strategies for the treatment of the problem could be elaborated.
