(1996) Ludwig Wittgenstein, Dordrecht, Springer.
This essay begins as a twice-told tale. I have discussed the relation of Wittgenstein and phenomenology in an unpublished paper "Wittgenstein as a Philosopher of Immediate Experience".1 Since I am to some extent carrying further the same line of thought, I must begin by summarizing some of the most salient points of the earlier paper.
